Dear NREN CTO and Research and Education sector members,
I hope this message finds you well.
We are writing to you on behalf of the GEANT GN5-2 project, specifically from the Trust and Identity Work Package 5 (WP5) – Wallets Team. Our team is exploring and developing solutions around digital identity wallets for the education and research (R&E) sector in Europe.
Last year we kindly requested your participation in our first survey about this topic. Following the multiple developments of the digital wallets in our communities after our last year survey, we would like to consult you this time about the current status of digital wallets in your organisation or the research and education communities it serves.
With this in mind we have created a short questionnaire (s. below). We would be very grateful if you could complete the questionnaire as far as you are able, and return it to my address (ruiz_ben@dfn.de) by the 6th of November.
All input is valuable to us, so if you’re only able to answer some of the questions, please do so.
We would like to disseminate the collected information to keep NRENs up-to-date on the rapid changes occurring in the development of digital wallets and their implications for the research and education sector.
The results from the survey will be published on the GÉANT wiki, along with all the other information we have gathered from this task.
